This Pharmacy office reserves the right to carry out modifications and/or updates in the conditions that govern this contract, of which the client will be previously informed for their acceptance or rejection in case they are substantial.   1. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

The price of medicines will correspond to the legally marked. All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT).
All product prices are included with the rest of the product description.
The existence of a discount will be expressly indicated, and will always respect the provisions of current legislation.

  1. WAY TO PAY

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Bizum or PayPal.

The credit card details go to the bank directly, this Pharmacy office does not have access to your credit card details.

Medicinas On Line makes all its shipments through the following transport agencies: Express Mail, FedEx and UPS.

No deliveries will be made for reasons beyond the control of Medicinas On Line in "Citipaq", "Citibox" or other transport agencies that do not correspond to the shipment.

If the client chooses any of these options as the destination address, thus making it impossible to deliver the shipment, the client will be responsible for the costs derived from the new delivery. The cost will be the same as that of a shipment. If the client does not wish to formalize a new delivery, they must go to the corresponding transport office to pick up their order. If after 10 working days the order has not been claimed, the order will be returned to the Medicinas On Line facilities and the amount of the order will be refunded except for shipping costs.

In the same way, if any information about the client's address is found to be erroneous which makes delivery impossible, the client will be responsible for the new delivery attempt. The transport agency will make two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If the client does not receive it, is absent or the address is incorrect, he must take charge of the next delivery attempt if the causes are unjustified, or otherwise he must pick up the shipment at a delivery point provided by the transport agency.

The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. We are obliged to inform Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics for any delivery request greater than this number.
